Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made through the Tan Wei Motorcycles online shop, operated by Tan Wei Auto Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201207059G), at 60 Jln Lam Huat, #01-06/07/08/09, Carros Centre, Singapore 737869.

1. Orders

When you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation by email. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully completed.

2. Ordering and collection

All helmets purchased through our online shop are ordered from our supplier after your order is placed. We’ll let you know once your helmet is ready for collection.

Please have your order number ready when collecting your order. Our showroom is open Monday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm.

All online orders are for collection from our showroom only. Delivery is not available.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Singapore dollars. Payment is made by card at checkout.

We may update our prices from time to time, but any changes will not affect an order that has already been paid for.

4. Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a helmet you’ve ordered is unavailable or discontinued, we’ll contact you and handle your order in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the conditions provided with each promotion, including any applicable validity period or redemption requirements.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

6. Product information and sizing

Product images and descriptions are provided by the manufacturer. While we aim to present products as accurately as possible, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Please make sure you’ve selected the correct size before placing your order. You’re welcome to try on our display helmets at the showroom to find the right fit before ordering.

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to exchange your helmet for a different size.

7. Our responsibility

We’re responsible for supplying the product you ordered as described.

We’re not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when your order was placed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Singapore law, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to your purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
